Terms and Conditions for the Contest

1. Contest Organizer

The contest is organized by Woodz Paweł Zwarycz Łukasz Zwarycz Civil Partnership, ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 32, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Prize

The prize is a low Montessori bookshelf (product: Mid Century Bookshelf) in the White finish, valued at 184 €. The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or cash equivalent.

3. Contest Duration

The contest runs from December 03, 2024 to December 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC +1).

4. Participation Requirements

    • To participate in the contest, participants must:
      1. Be at least 18 years old or obtain permission from a legal guardian.
      2. Follow the @woodzhome profile on Instagram.
      3. Like the contest post.
      4. Comment on the contest post by answering the question: “What’s your family’s favorite Christmas activity to do with kids?” and tag the person with whom you spend this time.
    • Participation in the contest is free of charge.
    • The contest is open to residents of the USA, EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and Norway.

5. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be selected based on the originality and creativity of the answer by a jury appointed by the Organizer.
    • The jury's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

6. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be notified via private message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of receiving the message, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining participants.

7. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the winner at the Organizer's expense, provided the winner resides in one of the eligible countries. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by logistical issues.

8. Taxes on Prizes

Any tax obligations arising from the prize will be the responsibility of the winner, as required by the laws of the winner's country.

9. Data Protection

    • Participants agree to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the contest, including selecting the winner and delivering the prize.
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
    • Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data

10. Exclusions

Employees of the Organizer and persons closely related to them, including family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

11. Complaints

Complaints regarding the contest can be submitted via email to the Organizer at info@woodzhome.com Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

12. Liability Release

    • The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is it associated with Instagram in any way.
    • Participants release Instagram from any liability related to the organization of the contest.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, provided that such changes do not negatively impact the conditions of participation.
